Default Distribution Fields - You may request to have some or all of your Requisition distribution fields defaulted so that you don't have to type the data in each time you create a Requisition.  Send an email to Joyce Baltierra at jlb7002 with your distribution default request.  All fields can be easily overridden on the Header Defaults page.

Category Codes  (rev. Dec. 2006)  Listed by General Category, with Description, Category Code, associated Default account code and description, and buyer for the commodity/service.

Category Codes for Recycled Products  HSU is required to provide a Recycled Products Content Report to the Chancellor's Office each fiscal year.  Using the Recycled Category Codes will automatically track the University's purchase quantity of recycled products and their dollar amounts.

The list of Category Codes for Recycled Products provides both the Recycled Product Category Code and the Non-Recycled Product category code for:  Glass, Paint, Paper Products, Office & Printing Paper, Lubricating Oils, Plastics, Solvents, and Steel.  Please make sure you use these codes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
