Gomphus clavatus

Gomphus clavatus, pig's ears, is characterized by its glabrous to velutinous pileus surface, the irregular shape of the pileus, the yellow to olive-colored pileus, and the vinaceous, to lavender to purple color of the wrinkled hymenophore.
