Lost & Found Property

The University Police Department maintains campus lost and found for specific items. Due to limited space and personnel we accept only the items listed below.

• Serialized items
• Bikes
• Wallets
• Cash
• Items valued at over $100
• Keys
• Computer disks (located in a "self-help" bin in our lobby).

Claiming Lost and Found Property

If you have lost and item, please call or stop by our department on the first floor of the Student Business Services building. You will need to provide a thorough description of the item(s) and the approximate location and date it was lost. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A picture ID will be needed to claim any property.

All found property is held for six months. Unclaimed items will be sold via an ongoing on-line auction at www.propertyroom.com. All revenues generated from the sale of found property go to the HSU Short Term Student Loan Fund.
